Complaints Procedure
At AlbaFX we are commited to the very best service and take great pride in doing this for our clients, we do however, understand that not every party is 100% happy all of the time and so welcome feedback and even complaints to ensure our service and processes can be the very best available to our prospects and clients. We work with E-Money and payments institution partners in providing youwith our service, namely Ebury and Currencycloud, Should you have any complaint or feedback please do so by email operations@albafx.co.uk and we will have a member of the team acknowledge the contact within 24hrs. We aim to have all complaints resolved within 3 working days and in exceptional circumstances within 15 working days, if the complaint falls under Exceptional circumstances you will be notified and if not given a final response we have up until 35days to issue.
